Tea Bag & Tea Tin Gift Boxes

I have never been a tea big drinker but after using this sleep tea it has become a night time ritual. I now go to bed relaxed after a tough day at work and sleep through the night.

I like the taste but there’s a lot of fine leaves that no matter how good your filter is you end up with a large amount of tea at the bottom of your cup, as far as a good night sleep is concerned I’m yet to see any results? I’ve even had one cup around 7pm then another at 9pm and no change. Disappointed on that front.

I have suffered from an inability to switch off my brain and fall asleep at night, this has gone on for years and I have tried all other avenues for relief.

I want to say that I still have a problem some nights still but those are getting fewer and more infrequent and it is because of the native sleep tea. It's the only thing it can possibly be and it amazes me that something so simple as this can make all the difference. I also have 2 cups of the native Anti-inflammitea a day and am hoping for the same success in bringing my level of inflammation down. I realize I am on a winner with all of these native teas, you only have to look to the indigenous folk in any great land, they have all the special secrets handed down through time immemorial

This tea has definitely improved the quality of my sleep. I don't wake up as often in the night, and feel like I have had a good night's sleep in the morning. Very happy with this tea.
